Why I built HeronSignal

I started writing code as a kid in 2013 and have spent the last six years doing it professionally. In that time the same pattern kept repeating, on every team I worked with: something breaks in production, and nobody knows until a user complains. Then the real work starts — digging through dashboards, logs, and browser consoles trying to reconstruct what actually happened to a person you can't talk to.

Engineers and teams struggle with this constantly. Not because the tools are bad, but because they stop halfway. Analytics tells you traffic dropped. Error trackers tell you an exception fired. Neither tells you that the two are the same story, which users it cost you, or what to change in your code.

So HeronSignal is built around finishing the job: see the problem, understand it, fix it, and prove it's gone. It watches real visitor sessions, ranks issues by what they actually cost, explains them in plain language, and hands your team the fix, ready for review.
